We only need to know ahead of time.
DO YOU PROVIDE LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS OR DISCOUNTED RATES ON MULTIPLE RESERVATIONS?
Yes! Please contact us and we'll discuss!
ARE THE WATERLOO WASHROOMS CLIMATE CONTROLLED?
Yes! Our HVAC units are amazing!
WHAT IS THE BEST TIME TO RESERVE A WATERLOO WASHROOM?
The earlier the better.
We can pencil you in for a date ("a Hold") without taking a deposit. If someone wants to reserve that date, we will contact The Holder and wait 24 hours until we release this to the next client. Additionally, most events, like weddings and public events, book 6-12 months ahead of their scheduled date. Plan accordingly with the "first come, first serve" booking knowledge.
If the dates you want to reserve are booked, we will work with sister referral companies outside the greater Tampa Bay area to help you find a vendor.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
We will work with anyone who must cancel their reservation 5 business days before the event. If the reservation is cancelled at the last second, there might be a penalty to make up for lost business.
What does the Looper do?
The Looper is an on-site Waterloo Washroom representative who loops inside and outside of the Loo to ensure cleanliness for your guests. The Looper is not a bathroom attendant. Your guests are not obligated to buy anything or tip when using the 'Loo.
